SIWAYYAN CUSTARD at Tarka by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
Milk                     1 litre
Vermicellies (colorful)             1 cup
Rafhan Custard Powder        3 tbsp
Sugar                      1 cup
Green Cardamoms         2
Almonds,Pistachios          as required
Ghee                     2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence             ½ tsp
Fresh Cream              200 gms
Fruit Cocktail              1 tin

Method:
•    In a pan, heat ghee add green cardamoms, vermicellies (colorful) and cook for 2 minutes.
•    Now add milk and cook on low flame until tender.
•    After this,  add sugar and custard powder.
•    Add vanilla essence.
•    Take it out in a dish, pour fruit cocktail .
•    In the end, add fresh cream and cool it.
