SIZZLING CHICKEN BREAST

Chicken Breast ½ kg
Green Chili Paste 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
Tomato Paste 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
To Prepare Sizzling:  
Butter 50 gm
Tomato Ketchup 1/ cup
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Stock 1 cup
Corn Flour 1 tsp

 

Method:
In a bowl. Add in chicken breast with 2 tsp green chili paste. 1@ tsp salt, ginger garlic, 1 cup tomato paste, 2 tbsp oil and 1 cup water. Cook it on a low flame. When the chicken tenders close the stove.
To prepare sizzling, add in ½ cup tomato ketchup. 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup stock and 1 tsp cornflour and mix it.
Heat the sizzling platter, add in 50 gm butter in it and put the chicken over.
Serve hot.
