Sliced Beef with Vegetables by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Undercut ½ kg thin slices
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1 cut into cubes
  • Carrot 1 cut in half and then slice
  • Onion 1 cut into cubes like shashlik
  • Cabbage 8 oz
  • Spring onion 1 cut into diagonal
  • Garlic crushed 1tbsp
  • Soya sauce quarter cup
  • Hoi son 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Marinate undercut with salt, pepper, corn flour, soya sauce, beaten egg, and then deep fry.
  2. Heat oil adds crushed garlic; add all the sauces, seasonings stock, vegetables, when boiling thicken with corn flour paste.
  3. Add fry beef and remove.
