Smoked Kabab in Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped ½ cup
  • Green chilies finely chopped 1 tsp
  • Roasted and ground cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds grinded 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp
  • Mace grinded ¼ tsp
  • Bread 2 slices soaked in milk
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp grinded
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coal for simmer
  • Ingredients for Cheese Sauce
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp

Method:

  1. FOR KABAB
  2. Mix all the ingredients for kabab together and marinate for 1 hour, give dum of coal, shape into long kababs, pan fry in ¼ cup oil for 10 mins until done.
  3. METHOD FOR SAUCE
  4. Heat butter in a sauce pan, sauté flour.
  5. Add milk with cheese and seasonings.
  6. Whisk until sauce smooth, pour over kababs.
  7. Serve garnished with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
