Ingredients:
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Coriander leaves finely chopped ½ cup
- Green chilies finely chopped 1 tsp
- Roasted and ground cumin 1 ½ tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds grinded 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp
- Mace grinded ¼ tsp
- Bread 2 slices soaked in milk
- Brown onion 2 tbsp grinded
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil ½ cup
- Coal for simmer
- Ingredients for Cheese Sauce
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 2 cups
- Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Method:
- FOR KABAB
- Mix all the ingredients for kabab together and marinate for 1 hour, give dum of coal, shape into long kababs, pan fry in ¼ cup oil for 10 mins until done.
- METHOD FOR SAUCE
- Heat butter in a sauce pan, sauté flour.
- Add milk with cheese and seasonings.
- Whisk until sauce smooth, pour over kababs.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
