Ingredients:
Fresh Milk 1 liter
Rice (boiled with salt) 1 cup
Vanilla Custard Powder 1 tsp heaped
Cardamoms 3
Almonds (sliced) for garnishing
Sugar ½ cup
Kewra water few drops
Method:
Boil milk add rice, cook for few mix and blend it and add custard powder & sugar cook till it thickens, lastly add kewra, remove in a dish, garnish with sliced almonds.
