Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 1 cut in strips
- Undercut ½ cup sliced
- Prawns ½ cup cleaned
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp oil
- One egg
- Suree rice stick noodles 10 number boiled for 5 mins
- Onion 1 sliced
- Carrot 1 julienne
- Cabbage 2 cups julienne
- Baby corn chopped 4
- Spring onion 2 sliced
- Basil leaves ½ cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Sambal Oleak 3 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 4 tbsp
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken undercut and prawns with egg corn flour oil, salt, chicken powder for 15 mins.
- Then deep fry all together for 5 min and remove.
- Heat quarter cup oil, add crushed garlic with slice onion
- Add all the three fried meat with sambaloleak, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, chicken powder, salt
- Add in all the vegetables, rice stick noodles mix well and remove.
