Ingredients:
- Moong Lentils 1 cup
- White Lentils 2 cup
- Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies 4-5
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Eggs 2-3
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and Soak lentils.
- Make batter by grinding together lentils, cumin, red pepper powder, garlic paste, egg, coriander leaves and salt in a blender.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry scoops of the batter to form pancakes.
- Now cook these pancakes on a pan with 1 tbsp oil, fry from both the sides .
- Serve with chutney
