Ingredients:
- Pasta boiled 3 cups
- Chicken 250 gm thinly sliced
- Onion 1 chopped
- Tomato puree ½ cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt, all spice, chili powder and turmeric.
- In a pan, heat oil, add marinated chicken fry for 5 mins. In a blender
- Add onion, ginger garlic, and green chilies.
- Heat oil, add blended mixture, fry for 2 mins, add salt, chili powder, turmeric and all spice
- Add chopperised tomatoes, cook for 5 mins, add chicken
- Add lemon juice, boiled pasta and half cup cream, mix well.
- Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
