Spicy Corn Chaat

Ingredients:

  • Sweet corn                         1 cup
  • Chopped onion                 1
  • Chopped cucumber        1
  • Chopped tomato             1
  • Red chili powder              ½ tsp
  • Oil                                           2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala                     1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice                       1 tbsp
  • Capsicum                             1
  • Salt                                         to taste
  • Fine sev                               ½ cup
  • Green coriander               2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil add sweet corn and fry them.
  2. Also add chaat masala, lemon juice, red chili powder and salt, fry them and turn off the flame.
  3. When it cools down add chopped onion, capsicum
  4. Add tomato and cucumber and mix them
  5. Then take out in dish and garnish with fine sev and green coriander.
