Spicy Dry Chicken by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (With Bone)                         ½ kg
  • Onion                                    2
  • Tomatoes                                 4-5
  • Ginger Garlic Paste                             1 tbsp
  • Whole Red Chili                             3-4
  • Curry Leaves                                 3-4
  • Green Cardamoms                            3-4
  • Coriander Powder                             ½ tsp
  • All Spice Powder                            ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder                             ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder                             ½ tsp
  • White Pepper Powder                         ½ tsp
  • Coriander                                 ½ bunch
  • Oil                                         1-2 tbsp
  • Salt                                         to taste

Method:

  1. Take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil heat the oil add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  2. Add 3-4 curry leaves, 2 onions and 3-4 green cardamoms mix it well and fry.
  3. Now add ½ kg of chicken add 4-5 tomatoes and roasted.
  4. Take 3-4 whole red chilies, ½ tsp of coriander powder, ½ tsp of all spice powder
  5. Add ½ tsp of cumin powder, ½ tsp of white pepper powder
  6. Add to taste salt cook add as required water until the chicken is tender.
  7. When the chicken is done mixture is dry.
  8. Take it out in a serving dish and serve it.
