Spicy Fry up Rice by Chef Gulzar in Dawat Masala TV

Ingredients:

  • Sela Rice                                 250 grams
  • Boneless Chicken                         200 grams
  • Garlic (Chopped)                        3-4 cloves
  • Carrot (Finely Sliced)                    1
  • Crushed Black Pepper                     ½ tsp
  • Red Chili                                 3-4
  • Capsicum (Slice)                          1
  • Crushed Red Chili                         1 tsp
  • Chinese Salt                             1/3 tsp
  • Olive Oil                                 1 tsp
  • Chicken Cube                             1
  • Salt                                     to taste

Method:

  1. Take 250 grams sela rice wash it off and soak it.
  2. Take a cooking pan add 1tsp of olive oil 3-4 chopped garlic and fry.
  3. Take 200 grams of 200 boneless chicken mixes it well and fry.
  4. Take 1 sliced carrot, 1 sliced capsicum, ½ tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp crushed red chili, 1/3 tsp of Chinese salt and add to taste salt mix it well.
  5. Add 1 chicken cube and add as required mix it well add soaked rice and cook when the rice is almost done.
  6. Add 3-4 red chilies mix it well steam, when it’s done take it out in a serving dish and serve it.
