Ingredients:
- Bread 3-4 slices
- Milk 4 tbsp
- Eggs 3
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Green coriander ½ bunch (chopped)
- Green chilies 3 (chopped)
- Plain flour 2 tbsp
- Cooked chicken ½ cup (shredded)
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Remove edge of bread and cut in triangle shape; sprinkle milk over bread slices.
- Beat eggs; add black pepper powder, salt, green coriander and green chilies.
- Gradually add plain flour then mix in cooked chicken.
- Dip bread slice in mixture and fry in frying pan until get a nice golden color from both sides.
