Spicy Roast Chops

Mutton chops 500 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Black pepper (coarsely crushed) 1 ½ tsp
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tsp
Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Green Chilies 4

Method:

Marinate chops with all the given ingredients
Heat oil and add marinated chops. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes till done. Serve with mashed potatoes
