Ingredients:
Yellow Pigeon Peas 1 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chopped green chilies 6
Lemons 4
Garlic 4 cloves
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil ½ cup
Mint leaves as required
Wash and soak Lentil. Add in 1 tsp coriander, cumin and crush them. Add hot water in the lentil and also add in turmeric and cook it. In the pan, add in 1/2 cup oil, golden fry chopped garlic. Add in red chili flakes, turmeric, chopped green chilies, coriander seeds and 1 tsp cumin. Cook it and add the lentil. Add in milk, simmer it and add lemon juice. Serve hot.
