Spicy Thai Beef by Shireen Anwar
Ingredients:
- Undercut Beef (julienned) ½ kg
- Ingredients for sauce:
- Red chilies 4 – 5
- Lime leaves 6
- Garlic 1 tbsp
Method:
- Blend all together to form a paste.

- Onion (sliced) 1
- Capsicum (sliced) 1
- Basil leaves ½ cup
- Fish Sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Sriracha Sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil 1/4 cup fry beef on high flame. Add all the sauces and blended ingredients cook for 5 min and remove.
