Spicy Thai Fried Noodles
Ingredients:
Rice stick noodles half packet soaked in water for 2 hours
Carrot (sliced) 1
Cabbage (cubed) 2
Green chilies (Julienned) 4
Basil hand full
Baby corn (chopped) 4
Chicken breast (minced) 1
Onion (cubed) 1
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic (crushed) 1 tbsp
Red chilies fresh (chopped) 3
White pepper ½ tsp
Salt half tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Fish sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
1. Blanch carrot and cabbage for 2 min and remove.
2. Heat oil add garlic, slightly brown, add chopped red chilies.
3. Mince chicken, fry add seasonings and vegetables with soaked noodles, mix well.
4. Lastly add basil leafs and remove.
