Spicy Turnip with Spinach and Tomatoes by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

 

Ingredients
Turnip                             ½ kg
Tomatoes                         3-4
Onions                             1
Garlic                             4-5
Paprika Powder                    1 tsp
Brown Sugar                        1 tsp
Spinach                             1 bunch
Crushed Black Pepper                 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds                    ½ tsp
Crushed Cumin Seeds                ½ tsp
Oil                                 2-3 tbsp
Salt                                 to taste

Method
Take full of hand spinach wash it off and boil them when its water is dry take it out and set aside. Take 3-4 tomatoes boil it and peel off then chop it. take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil heat oil 1 onion and 4-5 garlic cloves fry and add 3-4 tomatoes mix it well add 1 tsp of brown sugar, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tsp of paprika powder and to taste salt mix it well. Now add ½ kg of turnip mix it well and cook then add as required water to make a gravy add boiled spinach mix it well, cook until the turnip is tender. At last take it out the dish and serve it.
