Steam Kabab Gravy

Ingredients:

  • Mince                                                   ½ kg
  • Spring onion                                       250 gram
  • Green chilies                                      6
  • Ginger                                                  1 piece
  • Cumin                                                   1 tsp
  • Salt                                                         1 tsp
  • Egg                                                         1
  • All spice powder                               1 tsp
  • Foil                                                         1
  • For gravy:
  • Blended onion                                  2
  • Cream                                                   ½ cup
  • Tomatoes (finely cut)                     2
  • Yogurt                                                   ½ cup
  • Salt                                                         ½ tsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves                 1 tbsp
  • Green chili, green coriander        as required
  • Oil                                                           ½ cup
  • Red chili powder                              ½ tsp

Method:

  1. For kabab chop mince, spring onion, green chilies, ginger
  2. Add cumin, salt, egg and all spice then roll them in foil.
  3. Now add water in a big pan put strainer on it and put foil roll.
  4. When roll get steamed then remove and cut thin pieces.
  5. For gravy heat oil and lightly fry onion.
  6. Then add cream, tomatoes, yogurt, salt, dried fenugreek leaves and red chili and saute well.
  7. Now add kabab pieces sprinkle green chilies and green coriander.
  8. Then turn off the flame.
