Steam Wontons

Ingredients:

  • For Wonton Wrappers:
  • All purpose flour 2 cups
  • Eggs 3
  • Salt As per taste
  • For Filling:
  • Boneless Chicken 300 grams
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Dark Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chinese Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Olive Oil 1–2 tbsp
  • Green Onion 2 sticks
  • Salt As per taste

 

Method:

 

  1. In a bowl add 2 cup of flour
  2. Add the eggs and a pinch of salt and mix it well and to make a hard dough.
  3. Roll the dough with the help of rolling pin cut the piece of card board with the help of card board cut the dough in a help of square shape.
  4. Dust with the flour and cut them into a sauce pan for filling cut the 300 grams of chicken in a small cubes.
  5. Take a chopper and add a ginger garlic paste 1/3 tbsp of Japanese salt
  6. 1 tbsp of dark soya sauce, 1 tbsp of crushed black pepper and a pinch of salt,
  7. 2 strand of spring onion and make a thick paste beat the 3 eggs fill the mixture in the square
  8. Brush the strips with the beaten eggs.
  9. Now close wontons square in different style and steam it.
  10. Take a pan and heat the oil fry the wontons and dish out the wontons and serve it.
