Ingredients:
- Chicken Pieces 1kg
- Boiled Potatoes 4
- Butter 50g
- Yogurt 250g
- Lemon Juice ½ cup
- All Spices 1 tsp
- Red Chilies 2 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Roasted Cumin 2 tsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Chopped Papaya 2 tsp
Method:
- In 1 kg chicken pieces, put 50g butter, 250g yogurt, ½ cup lemon juice
- Add 1 tsp all spices, 2 tsp red chilies, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp ginger garlic, 2 tsp roasted cumin
- Add 1 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tsp chopped papaya and keep it for 30 minutes.
- Now fill water in a pan and put it on a stove.
- Keep a drainer and put the chicken.
- Put 4 boiled potatoes in the side and steam it for 40 minutes.
