Steamed Roll
Ingredients
Chicken Mince (Boiled) 250 grams
Cabbage (Finely Sliced) 1
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4-5
Onion (Finely Sliced) ½
Carrot( Finely Sliced) 1
Finely Chopped Spring Onion 2-3
Finely Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Roll Strips 1 packet
Salt to taste
For Paste
All purpose Flour as required
Method
Take 250 grams of chicken mince and boiled. Take all purpose flour and dissolve into some luke warm water and make a paste and set aside. Take a mixing bowl add 1 finely slice cabbage 250 grams of boiled chicken mince , 2-3 finely chopped spring onion, 1 finely sliced carrot , 4-5 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic cloves add to taste salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper powder mix it well. Now take roll strips add mixture roll it and close all purpose flour paste. Now take steamer add as required water heat the water and steamed the roll 10 -15 minutes. At last take it out in a serving platter serving it with sauce. Now steam roll is ready.
