Ingredients
Sugar 2 tbsp
Sticky rice 1 cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Condensed milk ½ cup
Method
Soak the sticky rice in enough water to cover the rice for at least an hour then heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan add soaked rice stir fry for 2 minutes, add 1 cup water and cook the rice till half done then add coconut milk, sugar and condensed milk, leave it on slow fire till rice
