Stir Fried Herbal Mince by Chef Gulzar at Dawat

Ingredients    

Beef Mince                     300 grams
Finely Chopped Garlic                5-6
Finely Chopped Onion                 1
Crushed Black Pepper                 1 tsp
Tomato Puree                     ½ cups
Oregano                     1/3 tsp
Herb                         as required
Mushroom (Sliced)                ½ cup
Capsicum (Sliced)                1-2
Red Chilies (Sliced)                3-4
Oil                         2-3 tbsp
Salt                         to taste

Method
Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add 5-6 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 finely chopped onion and fry. Then add 300 grams of beef mince and roasted. Now add 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, to taste salt, ½ cup of tomato puree mix it well and roasted. Now add as required herbs, 1-2 sliced capsicum, 1.2 cup of sliced mushrooms mix it well. Now add as required water and cook till its tender and done, when it’s done take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with 3-4 sliced red chilies and serve it.
