Ingredients:

- Sponge Cake of 2 egg
- For Filling:
- Cream Cheese 1 packet 200 gm
- Curd Cheese 1 cup
- Whipped Cream 1 cup
- Gelatin 1-1/2 tbsp
- Strawberry Essence 1 tsp
- Strawberry Puree 1 cup
- Strawberry Slices 2 cup
- Icing Sugar 4
Method:
- Beat Cream Cheese, curd Cheese add in sugar essence dissolve gelatin fold in strawberry puree and whipped cream mix all arrange slices of strawberries on pan pour filling and chilled until set decorate with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
