Ingredients:
- Sliced strawberries 10 oz
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Cream 2/3 cup
Method:
- Combine the frozen strawberries and sugar in a food processor.
- Process until the fruit is roughly chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly pour in the cream until fully incorporated.
- Freeze and serve in scoops with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
