Strawberry Jam by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries 1 kg
  • Sugar 1 kg
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup

Method:

  1. Wash strawberries and cut into halves
  2. Put into a plastic bowl, spread sugar on top
  3. Leave it in the fridge for 12 hour
  4. Put it in a pan
  5. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes
  6. Stirring continuously until the jam falls from a spoon into thick drops
  7. Fill in sterilized jars will set in 12 hours.
