Strawberry Swiss Rolls By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 5
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Flour 4 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 1 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Strawberry Jam half cup
  • Whipped Cream 2 cups
  • Strawberries 2 cups
  • Strawberry Essence 1 tsp

 

Method:

  1. Beat together eggs and sugar till double in volume.
  2. Add in strawberry essence fold in sieved flour, coco powder, and baking powder mixture.
  3. Spread mixture in a Swiss roll tray.
  4. Bake for 10 – 12 min on 190 Degrees remove from oven on a sugar sprinkled napkin, and roll the Swiss roll until cold.
  5. Open roll spread with strawberry jam, cream, chopped strawberry roll again decorate swill roll with fresh cream and strawberry.
  6. Serve chilled Strawberry Swiss Rolls.
