Strawberry Trifle by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Mlik 1 litre
• Strawberry 250 gms
• Rabri 250 gms
• Sugar 1 cup
• Green Jelly 1 packet
• Red Jelly 1 packet
• Finely Chopped Almonds 50 gms
• Cake Ras 100 gms
• Custard Powder (strawberry flavor) 1 tsp
• Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
• Butter 1 tbsp

Method:

1. In a pan, boil milk add sugar.
2. In a custard powder add water and dissolve.
3. When mixture is thick, add vanilla essence and butter.
4. In a pan, add water green jelly , red jelly and cook.
5. Let it cool custard, add strawberry.
6. In a dish, spread cake ras and pour custard.
7. After this add rabri and jelly.
8. In the end, garnish with finely chopped almonds and serve.
