Ingredients:
- Beef Mince ½ kg
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp heaped
- Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp heaped
- Green chili 1 tbsp
- Anaar daana 1tbsp heaped
- Makai ka aata 3tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Tomato chopped into tiny cubes 1
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- All spice 1 tsp heaped
- Salt 1tsp heaped
- Coriander crushed 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all together & knead well.
- Shape into kebab and shallow fry.
