Street Style Chapli Kebab By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

 

  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp heaped
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp heaped
  • Green chili 1 tbsp
  • Anaar daana 1tbsp heaped
  • Makai ka aata 3tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Tomato chopped into tiny cubes 1
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • All spice 1 tsp heaped
  • Salt 1tsp heaped
  • Coriander crushed 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

 

Method:

 

  1. Mix all together & knead well.
  2. Shape into kebab and shallow fry.
