STUFFED CHICKEN MASALA
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Pieces 4
Yogurt 250 gms
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Tomatoes Paste 4 tbsp
Butter 50 gms
Cream ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Fried Onions 1 cup
Method:
• In a bowl, add yogurt, black pepper, ginger garlic, salt, crushed red chilies, chaat masala, turmeric powder and mix.
• In a pan, heat oil add onions.
• Then add tomatoes paste and fry masala.
• After this, add salt and black pepper.
• In chicken breast pieces make the pocket shapes and fill it fried masala.
• In a pan, heat butter add chicken breast pieces and cover it.
• When dries they color change add yogurt masala and cover it.
• When dries water add cream and removes from the stove.
