Ingredients:
- Thick green chilies 15 cut from center into 2 lengthwise remove seeds
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Ginger very finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate mince with all the given ingredients, mix very well
- Then fill mince in green chili pieces very well, shaping well
- Deep fry for 3 mins, remove and refry once again for 3 mins until golden.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
