Ingredients
Grated Cottage Cheese 100 grams
Grated Cabbage 100 grams
Boiled and Mashed Potatoes 2-3
Green Chilies 2-3
Finely Chopped Onion 2
Eggs 2-3
Gram Flour 4 tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander ½ bunch
Lettuce Leaves 2-3
Tomatoes 2-3
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a mixing bowl add 100 grams of cottage cheese, 100 grams of grated cabbage, 2-3 boiled and mashed potatoes, 2-3 green chilies, 2 finely chopped onion, 4 tbsp of gram flour, ½ bunch of finely chopped coriander add to taste salt mix it well. Now make cutlets and set aside. Then take 2-3 eggs add it to the mixing bowl and beat it. Take a fry pan add 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil and dip the cutlets into fry pan and shallow fry till its golden fry. Now take it out in a plate when oil is absorb. At last take it out in a serving platter and garnish with 2-3 lettuce leaves, 2-3 tomatoes slices and serve it.
