Subzi kay Kabab By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Mince (chicken) ½ kg
  • Pottaoes 2
  • Mixed Finely Chooped Vegetables 1 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tsp
  • Whole Coriander (roasted)1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chinese Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

 

Method:

  1. In a chopper, add mince, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger garlic, green chilies, salt and mix chopped well.
  2. Now add chinese salt, red chili powder, whole coriander, white cumin seeds, potatoes, mixed finely chopped vegetables ,garam masala powder and mix well.
  3. After this, heat oil and fry.
  4. Delicious Subzi kay Kabab is ready.
