Ingredients:
- Mince (chicken) ½ kg
- Pottaoes 2
- Mixed Finely Chooped Vegetables 1 cup
- Onions 2
- Green Chilies 4
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- White Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tsp
- Whole Coriander (roasted)1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
- Chinese Salt 1 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- In a chopper, add mince, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger garlic, green chilies, salt and mix chopped well.
- Now add chinese salt, red chili powder, whole coriander, white cumin seeds, potatoes, mixed finely chopped vegetables ,garam masala powder and mix well.
- After this, heat oil and fry.
- Delicious Subzi kay Kabab is ready.
