Ingredients for dough:
- Flour 2 ¾ cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Instant yeast 2 ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Water ¼ cup
- Vanilla 1tsp
- Eggs 2
Ingredients for fillings:
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp
Method for dough:
- Mix the dry ingredients to bowl,combine the butter and milk in sauce pan, remove and cool.
- Add the milk mixture, water, vanilla, eggs, mix well.
- Kneed and form into dough, add addition flour if required, kneed for 5 min. transfer to dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover and leave it for raised 1 hour.
- In another sauce pan melt butter, keep aside, mix together cinnamon and sugar in small bowl, punch down dough.
- Remove the dough to a lightly flour surface roll into a ball, roll the dough into a rectangle.
- Brush the dough with butter, sprinkle sugar cinnamon mixture over the dough.
- Lightly greased the pan, slice the dough vertically into 6 even strips stack strips of the top of each other, again cut into 6 equal slices, stalk all the square of top of each other and put into prepare loaf pan.
- Cover and leave for 30 min. now put in a pre heated oven 180 d for 30 min.
- Remove from oven. Leave it in a pan for 30 min. and carefully turn the loaf out.
