Summer Garden Cup Cakes By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 3
  • Butter softened 5 oz
  • Caster sugar 5 oz
  • Self raising flour 6 oz
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Green color few drops
  • Ingredients for icing:Butter soften 5 oz
  • Icing sugar 1 ½ – 2 cups
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Green color few drops

 

Method:

  1. Beat eggs slightly.
  2. Add butter sugar flour and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Add beaten eggs, and few drops of color.
  4. Beat for 2 min with beater, until mixture is creamy, using a scoop fill liners, bake for 20 min on 180 Degree.
  5. Method for frosting: Beat butter and icing sugar, till fluffy add vanilla water and color.
  6. Beat until smooth and crème.
  7. Pipe over cups cake decorate with flowers.
