Ingredients:
- Eggs 3
- Butter softened 5 oz
- Caster sugar 5 oz
- Self raising flour 6 oz
- Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
- Green color few drops
- Ingredients for icing:Butter soften 5 oz
- Icing sugar 1 ½ – 2 cups
- Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
- Hot water 2 tbsp
- Green color few drops
Method:
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Add butter sugar flour and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add beaten eggs, and few drops of color.
- Beat for 2 min with beater, until mixture is creamy, using a scoop fill liners, bake for 20 min on 180 Degree.
- Method for frosting: Beat butter and icing sugar, till fluffy add vanilla water and color.
- Beat until smooth and crème.
- Pipe over cups cake decorate with flowers.
