Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken breast 1
- Water 8 cups
- stock cubes 2
- Sweet corn blended 1 tin
- Eggs beate 2
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Corn flour dissolved ½ cup
Method:
- Heat water, add stock cubes with chicken julienne
- Add blended corn, all the seasonings, cook till boiling
- Add beaten eggs, stirring continuously
- Thicken with corn flour paste, stirring all the time.
