Sweet corn soup

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast   1
  • Water                                                8 cups
  • stock cubes                          2
  • Sweet corn   blended         1 tin
  • Eggs    beate                         2
  • Soya sauce                           2 tbsp
  • Vinegar                                 3 tbsp
  • White pepper                      ½ tsp
  • Salt                                         to taste
  • Corn flour dissolved          ½ cup

Method:

  1. Heat water, add stock cubes with chicken julienne
  2. Add blended corn, all the seasonings, cook till boiling
  3. Add beaten eggs, stirring continuously
  4. Thicken with corn flour paste, stirring all the time.
