Swiss Roll Sponge By Chef Mehboob Khan

Ingredients:

  • Eggs                                                  8
  • Caster Sugar                           150 gms
  • Flour                                       100 gms
  • Vanilla Essence                      ½ tsp
  • Caster Sugar                           to sprinkle
  • Salt                                         a pinch

Method:

  1. Beat egg and sugar till it’s light and fluffy, now add vanilla essence to it.
  2. Add a mixture of flour and salt to the egg mixture and fold it in using hands.
  3. Now spread this mixture in a baking tray and bake it for 15 minutes on 250 degree
  4. Wait for the sponge to cool, sprinkle sugar o it and roll it.
