Szechwan Chicken with Gravy Recipe By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken half kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Orange red color a pinch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Szechwan sauce 3 tbsp
  • Crush red pepper 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1 cut into cubes
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, orange color salt, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce , soya sauce, sweet chili sauce, heat oil add crushed garlic and chilies, fry for 2 mins.
  2. Add Szechwan sauce, with marinated chicken cook for 10 min till tender.
  3. Add crush pepper capsicum sauté for 1 min.
  4. If required thickens with corn flour paste.
