Taco Cups
Ingredients:
Flour tortillas 4 cut into squares
Boiled shredded chicken 1 cup
Tomatoes 1 chopped in tiny cubes
Chopped onion ½ cup
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Sour cream as required
Oil as required
Method:
Cut tortillas into square pieces and bake in a muffin tray like a cup until crisp and remove. keep aside. Heat oil, fry crushed garlic and onion chopped. Add boiled and shredded chicken all the rest. Cook for 5 mins and remove. Mix half cup sour cream with salt and black pepper quarter tsp each and oregano quarter tsp. now put the filling in the baked taco cups. Top with sour cream and serve.
