Ingredients
For Tacos
Corn Flour 1 cup
All Purpose Flour ½ cup
Salt to taste
For Filling
Chicken Mince ½ kg
Garlic Cloves 4-5
Whole Red Chilies 8-10
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds ½ tsp
White Pepper Powder 1/3 tsp
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
For Taco’s: Take ½ cup of all purpose flour, add to taste salt, 1 cup of corn flour(makai), mix it well with water to make a dough, then make small small balls and roll it with the help of rolling pin and make chappati’s. for Filling: take a blender jug add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of corn flour,1/3 tsp of white pepper powder, ½ tsp of coriander seeds, 8-10 whole red chilies, blend it. Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, add 4-5 cloves of garlic and fry, then add ½ kg of chicken mince and roasted now add all the mixture and add 1 cup of chicken stock mix it well, and cook till the chicken is tender and the gravy is dry now take it out and mix the salsa and fill the stuffing in the toca’s and serve it.
