Ingredients:
- Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
- Tandoori Masala 1 packet
- Lemons 3
- Chopped Green Chilies 3
- Chopped Mint Leaves ½ bunch
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Method:
- • Cut potatoes into cubes.
- • Add in tandoori masala and some salt.
- • Take some oil in the pan and fry potatoes till golden brown.
- • Take it out on a dish and add in lemon juice, 1 tsp roasted cumin and crushed black pepper, chopped green
- chilies and ½ bunch of mint leaves. Serve hot.
