Tandoori Aloo by Zubiada Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Potatoes ½ kg
  • Tandoori Masala 1 packet
  • Lemons 3
  • Chopped Green Chilies 3
  • Chopped Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. • Cut potatoes into cubes.
  2. • Add in tandoori masala and some salt.
  3. • Take some oil in the pan and fry potatoes till golden brown.
  4. • Take it out on a dish and add in lemon juice, 1 tsp roasted cumin and crushed black pepper, chopped green
  5. chilies and ½ bunch of mint leaves. Serve hot.
