Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Lemons 3
- Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash chicken and keep it in the bowl.
- Add in lemon juice, roasted cumin, red chili flakes, 1 tbsp ginger garlic Paste, 2 tbsp tandoori Masala and some salt.
- Keep it for ½ an hour.3.
- Put them in BBQ sticks and grill it.
