Tandoori Masala Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

  • Chicken                                                4 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste           2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chili              1 tbsp
  • Salt                                         1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric                              ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder                  1 tsp
  • Clarified butter                 ½ cup
  • Red food color                  1 pinch
  • Yogurt                                   ¾ cup
  • Tandoori masala               2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice                       2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala                     as required
  • Ingredients for garnish:
  • Onion sliced                       as required
  • Tomato sliced                    as required
  • Cucumber sliced               as required
  • Green coriander               as required
  • Ingredients for Tandoori Masala:
  • Whole coriander              1 tbsp
  • Ginger powder                 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper                      8
  • Cardamoms                        4
  • Cinnamon                           1 piece small
  • Fenugreek                          1 tsp
  • Salt                                         1-1/2 tsp
  • Paprika powder                                3 tbsp
  • Mace nutmeg powder   ½ tsp
  • Cloves                                   6
  • White cumin                      1 tsp
  • Turmeric                              1 tsp
  • Red food color                  as required

Method:

  1. Apply cuts on chicken.
  2. Except lemon juice mix all ingredients and left for whole night.
  3. After that, mix lemon juice.
  4. Bake chicken in preheat oven till chicken tender.
  5. Cook with aluminum foil.
  6. After 10 min, cook without aluminum foil.
  7. Dish out and serve with garnish.
  8. For tandoori masala roast all spice lightly and used as required.
