Ingredients:
- Chicken 4 pieces
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chili 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Red food color 1 pinch
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala as required
- Ingredients for garnish:
- Onion sliced as required
- Tomato sliced as required
- Cucumber sliced as required
- Green coriander as required
- Ingredients for Tandoori Masala:
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 8
- Cardamoms 4
- Cinnamon 1 piece small
- Fenugreek 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Paprika powder 3 tbsp
- Mace nutmeg powder ½ tsp
- Cloves 6
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red food color as required
Method:
- Apply cuts on chicken.
- Except lemon juice mix all ingredients and left for whole night.
- After that, mix lemon juice.
- Bake chicken in preheat oven till chicken tender.
- Cook with aluminum foil.
- After 10 min, cook without aluminum foil.
- Dish out and serve with garnish.
- For tandoori masala roast all spice lightly and used as required.
