Ingredients:
- Chicken (10 pcs) ½ kg
- Yogurt ½cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp heaved
- Ingredient for batter:
- Gram Flour 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Dried Mango Powder 1 tsp
- Carom ½ tsp
- Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Water as required
- Chaat Masala for garnishing
Method:
- Give cuts on chicken.
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice and Tandoori masala for 1 hour.
- Make batter with all the given ingredients.
- Add marinated chicken to batter, deep fry until crisp.
- Put on a platter.
- Sprinkle chaat masala.
