Tandoori Murgh Pakora Recipe by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (10 pcs) ½ kg
  • Yogurt ½cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp heaved
  • Ingredient for batter:
  • Gram Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Dried Mango Powder 1 tsp
  • Carom ½ tsp
  • Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp
  • Baking Powder ½ tsp
  • Water as required
  • Chaat Masala for garnishing

 

Method:

  1. Give cuts on chicken.
  2. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice and Tandoori masala for 1 hour.
  3. Make batter with all the given ingredients.
  4. Add marinated chicken to batter, deep fry until crisp.
  5. Put on a platter.
  6. Sprinkle chaat masala.
