Tandoori Prawns by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Prawns half kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Allspice ¼ tsp
  • Tandoori Masala 2 tbsp
  • Brown Onions (ground) 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 2

 

Method:

  1. Marinate the prawns with all the given ingredients for 20 min.
  2. Heat oil add marinated prawns, cook for 10 – 15 min.
  3. Give Dum of coal serve garnished with coriander and green chilies.
