Tandoori Qeema Biryani

Ingredients:

 

  • Mutton mince         750 gm (coarsely chopped)
  • Yogurt                       2 cups whipped
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala     1 packet
  • Lemon juice             2 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped ½ bunch
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Brown onion           1 cup
  • Rice boil in 2tbsp salt 750 gm
  • Tomato                     1 sliced
  • Boiled egg cut into wedges 2
  • Oil                               ¾ cup

Method:

 

  1. Marinate mince with all the above ingredients for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil, add marinated mince with brown onion
  3. Now cover and cook for 20 mins till mince tender and oil comes on top
  4. Put chopped hara masala in it and tomato sliced.
  5. Now in a pan spread half quantity of boiled rice, top with mince and remaining rice, give dum of coal
  6. Leave it on dum for 15 mins, mix well and serve.
