Ingredients:
- Potatoes boiled ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 3
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Thick yogurt 250 gm
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Aluminum foil as required
Method:
- Add yogurt, green chilies, coriander, ginger garlic paste with cumin
- Add cinnamon, all spice powder, turmeric, red chili powder, oil and salt together.
- Cut each potato into four equal parts and put them in marination masala.
- Put each piece of potato on the aluminum foil and put it in grill and roast on the top of the coal.
- Remove from the foil and serve.
