Ingredients:
- Chicken legs half kg
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Orange color a pinch
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chili powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt half cup
- Garam Masala half tsp
- White cumin seeds half tsp
- Butter 2 – 3 tbsp
- Coal 1 piece
- Salad leaves & vegetable for garnishing
Method:
- Put cuts on chicken legs marinate with ginger salt and vinegar for 2 – 4 hours.
- Mix food,color chaat masala chili powder, ginger paste cumin roasted and crushed in yoghurt.
- Add your drum sticks in this leave it for 3 hours.
- Put in an oven to bake for 35 min give Dum of Coal.
- Brush with butter serve over the bed of salad leave.
