Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken Breast 3
- Onions (finely chopped) 2
- Capsicums (sliced) 1
- Green chilies (chopped) 2
- Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
- Coriander (roasted & ground)1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Dried Mango Powder ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Tomato (cubed) 1
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- Heat ½ cup oil and slightly fry 2 finely chopped onions.
- Now add 3 boneless chicken breast slices along with 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp salt
- Add 1 tsp roasted and ground coriander, 1 tsp roasted and ground cumin
- Add ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp dried Mango powder, 2 tbsp tomato paste and 2 tbsp ketchup
- Now stir and cook for a while until the chicken is tender.
- Now add capsicum slices, tomato cubes and 2 chopped green chilies. Cook
- Lastly garnish it with coriander leaves and serve .
