Ingredients:
- Chicken (Cubed) ½ kg
- Oil ¼ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onion Rings (medium) 2
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Dried Chili Pepper Paste 3 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Fenugreek Leaves 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Ingredient for Tikka Masala :
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
Method:
- Add 1 cup of water in ginger garlic paste, mix well and sieve it.
- Add turmeric, red chili, salt, cumin and lemon Juice in the ginger garlic water. Mix all well
- Add chicken cubes to it and marinate it for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry chicken.
- Add burning coal in the center of the pan and allow the smoke to spread by drizzling oil ti it
- Remove the coal and add water, cook it on low flame for 15 minutes, till the water dries off
- Heat oil on a flat pan, add yogurt, Dried Chili Pepper Paste, salt, fenugreek leaves and fry it all on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Lastly add mint leaves and butter , cook for 1 minutes and serve hot.
